Generally, 4 years for B.Tech. and 2 years for M.Tech. so in total 6 years. If you do the integrated course, then it will take five years.

Yes, you can apply for B.Tech. The general requirement is 80% in 12th (PCM) and JEE. Since you have completed Diploma it is easy to get admission in any reputed college.

In Kuwait, you can get Direct admission to 2nd Year B.Tech ( any Branch) not to 3rd year after completing your Diploma. 2nd year rule is approved by Kuwait ministry.
