Both are equally good. But campus and facilities wise, Christ University is far better.

For XIME-Bangalore a minimum percentile that is required in MAT is 75!

Entrance exam cut-off is 75+, rest depends on your performance in GD/PI. Apart from XIME, you can also try Great Lakes, Gurgaon campus and Christ University, Bangalore.
