Firstly, I would like to clear the difference between getting an MBA and a PGDM degree. Colleges like Christ provide a MBA, while IFIM provides a PGDM degree and therefore they cannot be compared. Im a current student of IFIM Bangalore and I can tell you that it is a top B-school with unique curriculum and features that makes it stand out like personality enhancement programme, corporate mentorship, design thinking etc. It is the only Business School to offer an internationally acclaimed bespoke curriculum model which provides a tailor-made learning path for each student. The infrastructure of the college is good though not great. Our library access is good and we have unlimited online access. Lecture halls are attractive but WI-FI connection is very poor. No net access across the campus.
We have world class faculties but the attrition rate is very high in XIME for past 2 years (almost 95%). So every year you see complete new faculties who are not able to fill the place of older ones. Placement is really a problem, ROI is worst here.
