The allocation of minority seats depend on interviews and MH-CET merit scores (as in what are the scores of others who have applied through minority.) But people with around 80 percentile do get admission so I see no problem with you getting a seat. All the best!

That is great. This will give you an added advantage and you will have a better chance of securing a seat. Please keep all your work documents ready. For example, your experience letter and all.

Hi Pratik,
You may still have a chance - why don't you apply to XIMR through the DTE CAP Round? However, I must tell you that the usual cut-off is around 95 percentile. So, please also look at other good alternative colleges.

Hi Pankaj,
There is one seat reserved for J&K, and there is a good enough chance that you can get that seat. However, everything depends on how many people apply for that seat. Last year, XIMR didn't get any application for that seat, so that seat was given to a home university (Mumbai University/Maharashtra) candidate. There is no cut off for J&K seat as such. If there is more than one candidate, the person with higher score will get it. If it is a close call, there could be an interview and PI round for selection. All the best.

Hi Syed,
The admission starts as soon as the DTE releases the list of colleges. However, I will recommend that you get in contact with the college as soon as possible if you are keen on viewing the campus and other facilities. It will also give

Hi Akshay,
Yes, there is a possibility if you are a Catholic. The Minority seats are meant only for people who are Catholics and you will need to present documents proving that you are a Catholic. There is no cut off for minority seats as such.

Hi,
The usual cut-off is around 95 percentile. So please assume that as the cut-off number. It may slightly be up or down this year, depending on the general scores of all students.

Hello,
XIMR's cutoff for CET is around 95 percentile. But you can still try for the management seat. Placements are good enough - the average pay is around Rs. 5-6 lakhs.
