If you are looking for HRM, then definitely XISS for two reasons.
First, XISS was established as an institute for Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, PM&IR (now Human Resource Management) in the year 1955. Due to its strong alumni base it has a good reach to various organizations.
Second, As XISS is a Jesuit Institute dedicated to social service and not a typical Bschool, you get decent placements at a very low investment in comparison to other management institutes/Bschools.
Also, in addition to it HRM is one of the flagship courses of XISS.

XISS has its flagship in HRM and RM. I would suggest you to try for tier-1 and tier-2 institutes and then keep this as an option among the tier 3 for finance.
As of now all the best and prepare well for the examinations and GDPI rounds. :)

XISS has a different cut off score for each department. HRM department has a cutoff score of 199+ or 95 percentile marks. Rest of the departments usually demand lesser than the one mentioned.
And, there is no eligibility criteria for class 10th and 12th marks. Usually, the college asks for 55% marks or more in graduation, therefore, you are eligible to apply for it.
All the best.

Yes, you are eligible as the college considers the XAT and CMAT scores as well, the latter gives you a better opportunity to fetch a decent score as the level of difficulty is often on the lower side as compared to the former and CAT.

It depends on the type of companies and type of requirements required by the company. We cannot directly tell what will be the job profile without knowing the requirements from the company.
