I got 82% in 10th, 83% in 12th and 68% in B.Com. What are my chances to get into IIM-A, B, C or XLRI?

Your chances depend on how you score at the entrance test. A score of 99 percentile should give you bright chances to get into the said colleges. XLRI has its own opne test whereas IIMs follow CAT.
