Pass 10th and 12th, complete graduation and then give an entrance exam for MBA schools. Clear that, after that if there is an interview round, clear that and then you get an admission into a MBA school.

Admissions at XIMR can be taken through the CAP rounds (through MH CET scores) or the CMAT scores. The college is not autonomous; it is affiliated to the Mumbai University. It is related to XLRI and XIMB as all these colleges are operate

There is also a good forest management institute in bhopal.
Check out these, or if you want top b-schools then you can change your stream and take finance or sales and marketing.

No disadvantages. Work experience will give you corporate exposure and as a fresher you may be offered a CTC which is slightly lesser than your work experience counterparts. But thats not a huge margin. Infact freshers are preferred more in FM
