Infrastructure of GHRCE is better than YCCE.
Area wise, YCCE is greater than GHRCE and is covered with lots of greenery.

Yes, you have pretty good chance to get the desired one again after floating, but it all depends on the availability of seats and cut-off.

*Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemis

With the details that you have shared, the general eligibility for admission in the BE course in YCCE is as stated below:
*Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects and obtained at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together;
and Obtained score in MHT-CET 2017 or JEE Main Paper-I conducted by the Competent Authority.
As far as the MHCET score is concerned you will have to wait for the cut off to be announced in the third week of June 2017.
There are 75% seats allocated to general quota you could stand a chance for admission.
I will suggest you complete all application & registration formalities and wait for the cut off announcement.
