Hi, There is no specific limit on the number of attempts you can make for each level of the Company Secretary (CS) course. You can appear for the exams as many times as needed until you pass. However, you must complete the course within a certain time frame set by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

ICSI conducts CS Executive, CS Professional exam for a duration of three hours for each subjects. ICSI CS June 2025 will be held from 9 AM to 12.15 PM. Candidates will get 15 minutes for reading the question paper. ICSI conducts December session examination from 2 PM to 5.15 PM.
