No,   it is not important to give both the sessions of KMAT. But candidates choose to give both sessions as the one in ehich your score is higher will be considered for admission. So, if you think you can score above 73 percentile which is more than your previous score then you should go for next session.

The result date of KMAT, in K.L.E. Society's Institute of Management Studies and Research generally keeps up with the official schedule of KMAT. The results for session one of the 2024 admissions cycle were made public on October 10, 2024 and the results for session two to be declared on November 16, 2024. Candidates shall be able to view results online at the official website of KMAT with details of application number and the date of birth. So, this is important because it directly affects the admittance process for students entering KLESIMSR.

The cutoff for K.L.E. Society's Institute of Management Studies and Research, KLESIMSR, varies with years and categories. For 2023, the cutoff was around 4617 for General AI in Round 2 and 3565 in Round 1. Cutoffs are an expression of the minimum rank for the admission of a candidate in institutes based on KMAT scores. A score of above the thresholds mentioned for the candidates to be selected for the MBA programme in KLESIMSR, shows that this institute has its admissions quite competitive.

Admission to the City College Jayanagar MBA course is not possible without entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams are KMAT and others. Students must prepare well for the accepted entrance exams. Prior preparation helps students in securing good marks. The competition is high, hence apply as soon as the admission window opens.
