B K Birla College of Arts, Science and Commerce, VMOU, Bon Secours College for Women, Delhi University and IGNOU are the top Library and Information Science colleges in India.And also there are few more colleges like Calcutta University, Parul University, university of Dehli, Banaras Hindu University and many more colleges.

Yes, students of Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) degree can apply for a lot of scholarships. Usually they can be found in some website or portals like : State and national library associationsNational and regional organizationsAnd also some educational institutes do offer scholarships for students pursuing master of Library and information science.

While the M.Lib.Sc full form is Master of Library Science, the M.Lib.I.Sc full form is Master of Library and Information Science.
