IMI Delhi placements also witnessed a rise in the average and median salary this year with average salary at INR 17.01 lakh and median at INR 16.34 lakh per annum. Nearly 80 recruiters participated in the campus placements 2023 at IMI Delhi.

IMI Placements 2023: The International Management Institute (IMI) Delhi has concluded the recruitment drive for its 2021-32 batch. The b-school recorded the highest package of INR 50 lakh per annum with a rise of 56.25% as compared to last year.

IMI Delhi placements also witnessed a rise in the average and median salary this year with average salary at INR 17.01 lakh and median at INR 16.34 lakh per annum. Nearly 80 recruiters participated in the campus placements 2023 at IMI Delhi.

Top recruiters during IMI placement include ABG Grasim, Accenture, Asian Paints, Bank of America, BCG, BMW India, Crisil, Deloitte, FedEx, Piramal Group, Shell India Markets Pvt. Ltd among others.

Breaking its past records, IMI New Delhi placements 2023 recorded higher salary packages as well as increase in number of recruiters making pre-placement offers (PPOs). The top 10 and top 25 percent average cost to company (CTC) are INR 25.21 lakhs and INR 21.59 lakhs per annum respectively.

According to the official press release, recruiters hired students with job profiles in domains such as consulting, conglomerates manufacturing, consumer goods, BFSI, IT, among others. The average CTC of such domains are finance- INR 17.64 lakh; marketing- INR 18.14 lakh; sales- INR 19.60 lakh; operation and systems- INR 14.23 lakh; consulting- INR 14.23 lakh and human resources INR 15.68 lakh.

"Continued layoffs news on a global scale , the conversations of recessions and decreased hiring rates across sectors contributed to the woes. Despite the worries, the Corporate Relations and Placement Committee at IMI New Delhi was able to overcome them by successfully placing every student of the batch and reaching new heights by getting onboard more than 50 new recruiters and attaining new heights and creating a legacy to move north year on year," read the press statement.
