Lucknow University has declared winter breaks from December 25, 2021, to January 2, 2022. The University also clarified that the semester exams will not be postponed and will be conducted as per the date sheet mentioned earlier. Lucknow University had resumed the offline classes for the BCA first semester students from October 25. The university in an official statement had said that 75 per cent attendance would be mandatory for taking the mid-term and end-term semester exams.
As per reports, the varsity is also planning to establish a student facility center on the ground floor of the dean welfare office in the main campus as a new year’s gift to students. Meanwhile, students applying under the Research Merit Scholarship are expected to submit the application in the prescribed format by the date December 22. While announcing the research merit scholarship, the university in a social media post said: “The researchers applying under the Research Merit Scholarship are expected to submit the affidavit in the given format by the date 22/12/2021."
However, as per reports, students of BA and BA (Hons) are now worried about the irregular offline classes and are concerned if the syllabus will be completed before the exam or not.
