CUET UG 2022 Live Updates: CUET Phase 6 Exam Concludes, Check Important Details

The CUET Answer Key 2022 is expected to be released online today at cuet.samarth.ac.in. It must be noted that the answer keys will be provisional in nature and the final answer keys will be released after objections by candidates are taken into consideration by NTA.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) concluded the last day of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2022 phase 6 exam. The fourth and last day of CUET UG recorded the attendance of over 1.40 lakh candidates (1,40,559).

The National Testing Agency (NTA) began the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2022 phase six last day exam today; i.e August 30. The CUET UG 2022 admit card for the final day exam dated August 30 has been released by NTA. The 20-day window exam will conclude on August 30. Candidates will have download the admit card for the last and final date of the exam by logging in to the official website, cuet.samarth.ac.in.

The CUET UG 2022 Phase 6 exam has commenced on August 24. The four-day window test will conclude on August 30. Around three lakh candidates are expected to appear for this phase.

The CUET UG 2022 Phase 5 exam dated August 23 is clashing with the CBSE compartment exam scheduled on the same date. Reporting the same, candidates have requested NTA to postpone or reschedule their CUET UG 2022 exam. Taking note of the same, NTA has created an exclusive grievance redressal email id to address this specific issue. The grievances of candidates regarding re-scheduling of their tests in view of CBSE Compartment exam should be sent to cuetug-dateclash@nta.ac.in.

CUET UG 2022 Phase 6 admit card has been released by NTA on August 21, three days prior to the exam commencing on August 24. Candidates will have to log in to the NTA CUET website with their registration credentials to download the admit card or hall ticket for CUET UG 2022 exams scheduled for August 24, August 25 and August 26. The CUET UG 2022 admit card for the last date of the exam, August 30, will be released later on.

CUET UG 2022 fifth phase exam commenced on August 21. The three-day window phase is being conducted on August 21, August 22 and August 23. As many as 2.01 lakh candidates are appearing for the CUET UG 2022 Phase 5.

NTA has notified that the first day of the CUET UG 2022 Phase 4 saw cancellation at 13 centres across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar due to technical glitches. As many as 8,693 candidates were affected by this. These candidates will be accommodated on CUET UG 2022 exam dated August 25.

Candidates were all set to appear for the exam, however, the CUET UG 2022 Exam was cancelled at some centers due to technical glitches. The CUET UG 2022 Phase 4 commenced from August 17 and will be held tomorrow, August 18, 2022 as well as on August 20, 2022.

NTA will release the CUET UG 2022 admit card for Phase 5 commencing on August 21 today, August 17. Registered candidates whose exam dates were postponed to the fifth phase, scheduled between August 21 and August 23 will have to log in to the official CUET UG 2022 website with their registration credentials and security pin to download the admit card or hall ticket for the upcoming phase. 

The Phase 4 of the CUET UG 2022 has commenced today, August 17. The exam for this phase will conclude on August 20. The window of the fourth phase is for three days, dated August 17, August 18 and August 20.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be released the CUET UG result 2022 in September, as per reports. NTA will also display the response sheet of the candidates and CUET question papers at cuet.samarth.ac.in. The result of the entrance test will be compiled based on the final CUET answer key 2022.

NTA has released the CUET UG 2022 Phase 4 admit card on August 13. The third phase of the exam will be conducted between August 17 and August 20. As many as 3.72 lakh candidates are scheduled to take the test in this phase.

The exam has been postponed to accommodate candidates of their choice of city for exam centre, the officials said.  The fourth phase of the Central Universities Entrance Test Undergraduate courses was earlier scheduled from August 17 to 20 and a total of 3.72 lakh candidates were supposed to appear. 

The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) activists staged a protest outside the office of the National Testing Agency (NTA) over the rescheduling of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). The NTA has announced that the CUET, which was cancelled last week, will be held from August 24 to 28. The NTA has also stated that it will issue fresh admit cards for the students soon. 

CUET UG 2022 exam scheduled on August 8 has been cancelled at two exam centres of Itanagar due to land slide and flash flood. NTA will announce the fresh dates and admit cards for the affected candidates soon.

CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 exams dated August 4 to August 6 were cancelled and postponed to August 12 to August 14. After multiple requests from candidates to postpone these dates due to festivals, NTA has further postponed these exam dates from August 24 to August 28. Explaining the situation, NTA stated, "Many candidates have approached NTA requesting not to schedule their examination between 12 to 14 August as a series of festivals are falling during this period. Also, many candidates had requested for date/city change of CUET (UG) – 2022 examination after 10 August 2022 onwards as the cities allotted to them in Phase II (04 to 06 August 2022) were not suitable to them. Considering the above requests, it has been decided that in place of 12 to 14 August 2022, the CUET (UG) – 2022 examination for all these candidates will now be conducted between 24 to 28 August 2022, and fresh Admit Card will be issued well before the date of Examination.”

CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 dated August 6 saw cancellation/postponing of the exam at as many as 53 centres across 18 cities due to technical malfunction. Unlike the first two days, candidates were informed well in advance through SMS and email. NTA has stated, “Due to administrative/logistics/technical reasons, the CUET (UG) – 2022 examination scheduled for 06 August 2022 at 53 centres has been postponed to be held between 12 August to 14 August for the affected candidates.”

NTA has informed that the CUET UG 2022 exam scheduled for first shift on August 5 has been postponed at 20 examination centres. Examination scheduled for the second shift of the same date is postponed at 30 centres.

As per reports, the technical issues continued in the second day of CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 exam. The Slot 2 exam was cancelled at some of the centres in Noida. Candidates also complained of severe mismanagement at the centres such as not allowing candidates to carry water bottle, which was one of the permissible items. The centre officials also did not inform candidates of the second slot about the cancellation of the exam in advance.

NTA has announced that the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 Day 2 is being conducted smoothly. The exam authorities announced, "Exams are going smoothly in more than 95% of the centres across the country. Information regarding Cancellation/ postponement of exam at any of the centre will be informed by NTA by 11 am today." So far, there has not been any announcement regarding the postponement of Day 2 of CUET UG 2022 Phase 2.  

NTA has announced that today’s exam will be postponed to August 12 for those candidates who were allotted seats at the centres which were massively affected with technical glitches. As many as 17 states and 29 cities have been mentioned in the list given in the table below. The same admit card will be valid. In case the candidates are appearing for other exams between August 12 and August 14, they will have to write to datechange@nta.ac.in mentioning their desired date and roll number.

Responding to the complaints of several candidates from the exam centres facing technical glitches which hampered their exam-taking experience, NTA has stated that appropriate action would be taken based on the Observer Report.

As per the student reactions, the exam was of easy difficulty level. The questions were on the expected lines and the topics were that from the syllabus of CUET and the Board exams, which were announced by the exam officials. 

Some of the candidates appearing for Slot 1 of the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 have faced technical glitches at certain exam centres. While some shared that their systems were not working properly, for others there were issues in terms the mouse and the virtual clock. This has caused delay in the overall duration of the exam. Test-takers are given extra time to complete their exam.

The Slot 1 for the CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 Day 1 has concluded at 12.15 pm. Test takers appearing in this slot has started to come out of the exam hall. While some are satisfied and confident of their performance, few candidates feel that their exam performance was not up to the mark. 

It is expected that the exam pattern, question types and difficulty level of the CUET UG 2022 will be on similar lines as that of Phase 1. In the last phase, the difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate and the questions were NCERT-based. Students who have already appeared for the Board exams or other entrance exams found the exam to be on the easier lines.

The CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 exam commenced today, August 4, at 9 AM. The total duration of the exam is 3 hours and 15 minutes and it will conclude at 12.15 pm. The reporting process had started at 8 AM and the entry gates closed at 8.30 AM. 

NTA has notified that the CUET UG 2022 exams dated August 4, August 5 and August 6 have been postponed at the Kerala centres due to heavy rains and flood situations. Candidates will be notified to of the fresh dates on the official website of the exam. "Due to heavy rain in many districts of Kerala in past few days, it has been brought to the notice of NTA that it may not be possible for a large number of candidates to reach the Examination Centre for CUET (UG) – 2022 within stipulated time as the movement will be very difficult and there may be disruption of power," NTA has stated.

CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 is all set to commence tomorrow, August 4. Candidates who are scheduled to take the test from August 4 to August 6 received their admit cards yesterday, August 2. Those who would be taking the test on the later dates will be able to download their CUET UG 2022 admit card on the later dates. 

Some of the candidates who were earlier scheduled to take CUET 2022 on August 4, August 5 or August 6 have been now shifted to August 12, August 13 and August 14 to avoid clash with various entrance exams such as MHTCET. BITSAT, NATA, etc. The exam date and venue have been notified on their CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 admit card, to be released later.

CUET 2022 Phase 2 admit card has been released today; i.e. August 2, 2022 on the official website of the exam. Candidates can download the admit card or the hall ticket by logging in with their application number and password.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has confirmed that it will release the CUET UG 2022 phase 2 admit card today at 10 am. However, NTA will release the admit card only for the CUET UG 2022 exam scheduled to be held from August 4 to 6, 2022. 

However, with the State Common Entrance Test (CET) cell Maharashtra releasing the MHT CET admit card 2022 for physics, chemistry, and mathematics (PCM), several students have taken to social media platforms demanding postponement of the CUET exam dates as it is clashing with MHT CET exam 2022. As per reports, as many as 58,909 candidates could not appear for the CUET Phase 1 exam owing to last-minute changes in the exam centre or cancellation due to technical glitches. Such candidates will be allotted slots in the Phase 2 exam of CUET UG 2022.

CUET 2022 Phase 2 admit card is scheduled to be released today, i.e. July 31. The date of the second phase admit card release was announced by UGC Chairman M Jagadesh Kumar on July 15, the day when the Phase 1 exam commenced.

As per reports, nearly 14,90,000 candidates, including students within the country and abroad, have already registered for CUET UG 2022. In the first phase, nearly 8,10,000 appeared for the CUET UG 2022 Exam. In the second phase, nearly 6,80,000 candidates are expected to write the exam.

CUET 2022 Phase 2 admit card is scheduled to be released on July 31. Those who are slated to take their exam between August 4 and August 20 will have to download their CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 hall ticket at cuet.samarth.ac.in by logging in with their registration credentials. CUET UG 2022 Phase 2 exam will begin from August 4, 2022.

Out of the 2,50,495 candidates who were allotted slots in CUET 2022 phase one, a total of 1,91.586 appeared for the CUET Exam 2022. Earlier, the University Grants Commission (UGC) chairman Jagadesh kumar informed that nearly 8 lakh 10 thousand candidates will appear in phase 1 and 6 lakh 80 thousand students in phase 2.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet declared the CUET 2022 answer key release date for the Undergraduate entrance exam.

Student Federation of India (SFI) on Monday held a protest against the 'careless conduct' of CUET exam in front of the University Grants Commission (UGC) office. They also demanded second attempt for those students who have missed the exams due to the last minute centre change.

NTA issued a notice regarding the exam centres for CUET 2022 Day 3 exam scheduled to be held on July 19. It states that the exam centre will be the same as that mentioned on the admit card. Candidates are advised to download it again to confirm the venue details and address. “Several queries have been received from candidates regarding change of Centre for their examination scheduled on 19 July 2022. Candidates are hereby informed that they should go to the Centre mentioned on their Admit Card downloaded from the website https://cuet.samarth.ac.in,” the notice states.

Central University Entrance Test (CUET) is an all-India level entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission in UG courses offered in all the participating institutions. Till last year, the full name of the exam was Central Universities Common Entrance Test or CUCET, which has been changed by the University Grants Commission (UGC). The exam is conducted once a year in over 500 cities in India and abroad. The exam is conducted in a computer-based mode for two hours. Originally CUCET was conducted by UGC in paper-pencil-based mode. Last year onwards, NTA is conducting the test in a computer-based mode. 

Central Universities that will be enrolling students based on the CUET score 2022 will consider their own reservation policy for the seat distribution and the minimum percentage required. Candidates who have applied under the reserved category must note that they will have to submit their original documents at the admission time. The CUET 2022 reservation criteria and quota policies clearly state that the students must provide their reservation documents to safe their seat in the desired college, without which, they won't be given admission. 

The CUET 2022 will be held for more than 54,555 unique combinations of subjects.

The NTA has concluded the Day 2 CUET UG 2022 exam second slot at 6:45 pm.

The NTA has concluded CUET UG 2022 exam day 2 first slot at 12:15 pm. CUET slot 2 exam will start from 3 pm and will end at 6:45pm. 

NTA has announced that all those who missed their CUET 2022 exam because of last minute change in exam centre or cancellation at last moment will be given another chance to appear for their missed CUET 2022 exams in the second phase, which will be conducted in August. 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) successfully conducted the day 1 of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for Undergraduate courses phase 1. However, some students reported being late to the examination center while some missed their exams due to the relocation of the examination center. 

The CUET 2022 Slot 2 concluded at 6.15 pm. The difficulty level was easy to moderate. The pattern and structure were similar to that of the first slot. While few students faced technical glitches in this slot as well, the majority of the candidates took the test in a glitch-free manner. The questions were from the syllabus and the topics were NCERT-based. 

The Slot 2 of CUET 2022 has started at 3 pm. Candidates had to report the exam centre by 1.20 PM and the gates closed at 2.30 PM. the exam would conclude at 6.15 pm.

Several candidates complained of technical glitches or server errors while taking the exam. For some, the exam started late and some other candidates mentioned that their system or mouse hanged mid-way. This caused a delay in the exam. However, test-takers got the actual exam duration as once the system was restored, the timing or duration of the exam was same as when it had stopped. This disruption caused inconvenience to a lot of candidates. 

CUET 2022 first slot has concluded at 12.15 pm on July 15. Majority of the students had appeared for English, Mathematics and Computer Science papers on Slot 1. According to the students, the overall difficulty level was easy to moderate. They found the questions from General Test and English to be on the easier side. Those appearing for Mathematics faced time crunch as they had to attempt 40 questions in 45 minutes. Overall, the exam experience was satisfactory for the CUET 2022 candidates on Day 1.

Candidates are allowed to take maximum of 9 tests in the CUET 2022 exam.

The NTA has begun the CUET UG 2022 Exam from today; i.e. July 15, 2022 for admission to UG programmes in 44 central universities and 46 other universities.

For appearing in the CUET UG 2022, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class 12th /equivalent examination or are appearing in 2022 irrespective of their age can appear in CUET UG 2022 examination, NTA stated in the official notification.

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Central Universities in order to apply and appear for CUET 2022. The eligibility parameters are as follows:

• Students will need to have passed Class 12 from a recognised board in Science stream to take admission to bachelor’s degree programmes in the Central Universities.
• For the General category, the candidate needs to secure a minimum of 50 per cent in Class 12, for SC/ST, candidates need to have secured a minimum of 45 per cent in Class 12 in order to be eligible for the CUET 2022. For BTech programmes, the minimum aggregate for the General category candidates is 45 per cent and that of the reserved category candidates is 40 per cent.

CUET 2022 admit card for Phase 1 has been released on July 13 early morning. Although the original schedule to release the admit card was July 12, 6 pm, it was delayed.
