Punjab University Exam Clashes with UGC/NET

The students of Post Graduate courses of final year have sent representations to Punjab University office that they are appearing in the UGC/NET Examinations to be held in the December and university exam is clashing with UGC/NET. Read here to know more.

"Their papers, in which clash of date happens, will be conducted along with the clash exams to be conducted in the month of February 2024. Authenticated list of such students may be supplied to this office within 10 days of the papers left by the students (including name, Class, University Roll No. and Contact number) along with the admit card of the UGC/NET," reads the official notification.

Punjab University launches Innovative Women's Safety App

Punjab University Patiala researchers have developed a mobile application to resolve the issues related to the safety of women at different places in the society.

As per TOI report, the research 'Development of Real-Time Intelligent System for Women's Safety' has been conducted by researcher Priyanka from University's Department of Computer Science and Engineering under the supervision of Professors.
