Yes, you can get admission to the B.Sc. in Animation and VFX programme at Quantum School of Media Studies and Design, Quantum University if you have at least 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent. You may also need to pass the NID Entrance Exam. But the cutoff of the entrance exams varies yearly. So I can't say you will get in or not. NID Ahmedabad's affiliated colleges offering B. Des specialisations through NID entrance exam. Taking into consideration, the last-round cutoff, getting a 70 rank is not sufficient to allow you to take admission at the institutes affiliated to NID Ahmedabad. Considering the NID Ahmedabad cutoff 2024, all the specialisations has the common rank of 43 for General AI category candidates. Similarly, for the OBC AI category, the common cutoff stood at 45.

The reporting time for the DAT Prelims exam will be mentioned on the NID DAT 2025 admit card. Reach the exam center as per the reporting time. Note that latecomers will not be allowed inside the NID DAT 2025 exam center. The National Institute of Design (NID) released the NID DAT 2025 admit card for DAT Prelims on December 24. The direct link to download the admit card is given on this page.Note that admit cards will be issued only to successfully registered candidates.To download the admit card, you need to log-in to the portal using your email ID and date of birth. On exam day, bring the admit card and a photo ID proof.DAT Prelims will be conducted on January 5, 2025

Yes, the correction window will open in the NID application form where you can edit your SOP questions. The correction window for the NID DAT 2025 application form will be available from December 6 to December 11, 2024. In this time, you can login to your registered account on the official website of NID and make any necessary corrections by editing the SOP questions. Although some of the details such as the name, date of birth, and the registered email ID cannot be changed after submission, make sure to verify them before submitting again.

The application fee once paid will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the candidate to ensure that the information entered in the application form are correct and verifiable. If at any stage, NID deems the information provided to be incorrect, the candidate can be disqualified. Also, the candidate must refrain from trying to directly or indirectly influence the management and employees of NID.

No, unfilled seats in SC/ ST category will not be de-reserved. Meaning, such seats will not be transferred to the open category. The same applies to GEN-EWS category seats. So, even if there are vacant seats left in SC, ST, and GEN-EWS category, such seats will lapse.
