Learning Experience: The course was well structured and delivered virtually in Aon’s LMS over weekends. It was highly interactive with live instructor led sessions, quizzes, case studies and submissions. The key learnings were the STAR methodology, ORCE approach, various biases and BEI preparation and guide. It is not only useful for an HR professional but also for a functional manager to assess and provide constructive development feedback to team members. Highly recommended.
Other: The course was well designed to provide deep insights into the domain of learning and development beginning with training need analysis till training impact measurement and evaluation. It was a classroom based programme. The facilitator was extremely experienced in the corporate domain and was also a very skilled trainer.
