IIT-Powai is an autonomous institute under MHRD, Government of India and uses the JEE Mains & JEE Advance score for admission in the undergraduate degree course. It does not use MHT-CET score.

No, MH-CET is not accepted for admission to IIT Mumbai. Admission to IIT Mumbai is based on JEE Advanced scores and a candidate needs to qualify in JEE Advanced to be eligible for admission to IIT Mumbai. MH-CET is conducted for admission to engineering colleges in Maharashtra.

This was for general category under All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category, one can not afford to score less than this. The admission in any of the IITs is strictly based on the rank secured in JEE advanced examination. If your rank is good, then you can get mechanical engineering at IIT Delhi. If you have not given the JEE Mains and Advanced then you cannot get admission.

You must have at least 60%marks, if you are from General or OBC category, and 55%, if belonging to SC, ST and PwD. You should check one of the IIT websites for HSEE notifications.

Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is conducted to offer admissions to interested candidates in undergraduate engineering programmes at NITs (National Institutes of Technology), IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology) and other centrally funded technical institutions (CFTIs) located across the country. JEE Mains 2018 offline (pen-paper) exam will be held on April 8 while the online exam will be held on April 15 and 16. JEE Mains 2018 registrations have commenced from December 1 and concluded on January 1, 2018.
