No, SMIT Sikkim does not have any provision for direct admissions. The admission to SMIT courses is either merit-based or entrance-based. For merit-based courses, the institute shortlists candidates based on their merit secured in the qualifying exam. SMIT Sikkim accepts various national-level entrance exam scores to shortlist candidates for entrance-based courses. The authorities releases SMIT 2025 results in the form of a rank list a few days after the exam is over. Candidates will be able to check their obtained scores and rank through the SMIT result. It is to be noted that the authorities will not use any other methods, such as post or fax, to declare the result of SMIT 2025.
