No. Music Production in simple terms is the creative side of creating the music, it is all about what kind of beat, what kind of instrument etc. is supposed to be used comes under Music Production. For a bachelor's Degree,  candidates must have Physics as a mandatory subject in their 10+2. For a Master, a bachelor's in Sound Engineering or a related degree is required. But, in a lot of colleges in India, the criteria for admissions is different. However, most programmes require a minimum of 10+2 or equivalent in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with a minimum of 50% marks.
