No, SSAT is coducted offline (pen and paper based test). You will have to appear for the test in person. The details about the exam centre like its location and address, and the reporting time and exam day instructions will be mentioned on your SSAT admit card.

Apart from this, candidates who possess a three years Diploma in any stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks also meet the eligibility criteria for SSAT.
