Manami mam was very helpful in the application work and had the knowledge of all the work Even if the doubts I had was very silly she had the patience to explain everything.

As per my interaction with my counselor, I did not like it because she was not responsive and did not pick up my call whenever I used to call her. She did not guide me properly about the procedures. She was not responding to my text or picking up my call on time. She ignored it most of the time.

She is great, all good, satisfied with services.
