She responded to me whenever i needed her during the process. She also guided me on few things how it can be done better. She took the mocks for my visa and had given me the feedbacks which helped me to secure the visa.

Ms. Nidhi has a really good knowledge about the US universities and the visa process. She has to improve on the responsiveness to the applicant on Whatsapp and phone calls because the message sent on whatsapp, does not even see/reply to the messages for many days. This has happened many times during this process and was the major drawback of this counselor.
