this is kewalraj poudel im writing this mail for 3rd time my patience is going to break any time. Your team is that much irresponsible that they even don't know what document are required to file a visa and before paying fee your team be like we are the best we have this that but what your team did was nothing they have just applied my visa only rest i have done all the process with my self by calling university directly. Whenever i ask your team for any query your team be like sir i will tell you tomorrow. what's going on and now after my refusal of visa your team is not even helping me to get my refund back. I applied for my refund of tuition fee from CQU Australia due to refusal of my visa on 6th of October 2022. I filled my refund form by my self no one told me how to fill it then, I my self contacted university how to fill it then I forwarded it to my counselor PARUL SHARMA and GAYATTRI KANT on 14th of October 2022.Then on 2nd of November 2022 my counsellor got mail from university regarding some correction in that refund form but she didn't told me what is the actual correction and said fill the same refund form and send it again but today i got call from university that you haven't sent your updated document ,but i said my agent didn't told me regarding this they only said that send the pdf again and i did the same. University refund processing time is 20 days but due to lack in guidance from your team worst experience from siksha ever. miss parul verma and gayattari kant they are my councellors from Noida.
