New beginnings to a new life.
Tips: I just started at Brunel University London. The transition has gone well, and I'm happy with the scholarship that reduced my tuition by 5000 pounds. The faculty are very approachable and helpful and guides us throughout the semester. I didn't avail the university accommodation and chose to live off campus because it is less expensive than on-campus housing as it is a bit expensive as compared to outside accommodation.

More money less optimisation.
Tips: Students should definitely apply for scholarships. When choosing your college, it is especially important to choose the right course. Don't just jump into any management course just to be in the UK. Choose the right course that will give you more credit and better job prospects, as determined by market analysis.
Likes (Safety): London is a safe city, especially for students. It's a nice, cool, and crowded city with a lot of Indian students. That makes it easier to get part-time jobs. So don't lose hope and apply for jobs often.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): It is hard to get a job in London. It is not that easy to get your field job in the blink of an eye. The competition is very high on grounds of your visa status, compatibility, part-time availability, and nationality. However, do not lose hope and pay attention to your college placements. Put your hard work into applying for jobs.

Happy memories, happy marks, and happy people.
Tips: Before joining students should research the rankings and ask the people about the course curriculum. Know well about the course modules, syllabus, professors and what they offer in return and look out for the post placements before joining.
Likes (Safety): The campus is well-equipped with cameras, and police offices roaming all around. There's nothing that goes wrong until someone from the University does wrong. Make a lot of friends on the go. Everyone has unity all over the place. The infrastructure is well-built and people are generous.
Dislikes (Value for money): The tuition fee is high but the reputation is also the same. Research everything possible before coming to make your life easier here. Even start applying for jobs before coming to the UK. The value of the course increases every year.

College is fun but stressful at the same time.
Tips: The students should know that safety is the biggest issue in London or the UK. You need to keep in mind that there are so many issues in getting a flexible part-time job here as the market is really down and students are suffering from expenses and stress.

Be practical and easy going.
Tips: Don't have a lot of expectations. Please study and work hard. I did not get any scholarships. I am not satisfied with my experience cause I was studying during covid time. My whole year was just gone like that. I lacked support from professors and research assistants.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): It is really difficult to get the sponsorship. You have to be exceptional if you want to work and study in UK. I don't know exact number of companies but there are limited companies. I struggled to get sponsorship. I am not doing the core job according to my master's degree.

Brunel University London is fun loving and a great experience.
Tips: Brunel university is very good and it has different clubs that help students to make new friends and participate in different activities. I feel on-campus accommodation will be more beneficial though it is a little expensive rent. However, this helps to grow network and make international friends.

The life changer - a space where I learned about myself
Tips: Cultural differences are a major thing. One should always be prepared for the worst outcomes of anything but just be positive about what's going on and keep on moving forward. I am very satisfied with everything I learned there and what the UK had to offer as a country opens up a huge mind space.
Likes (Student Life): Being close to London, gives access to all the fun parts of the city. The university offers a wide range of fun activities, clubs and social events where you can easily meet new people. The university is full of diverse people from different walks of life giving it an international feeling.
Dislikes (Internships): You can easily get internship off campus and on campus as well. Brunel University offers a large number of options to work on campus too. Most of the opportunities are related to the course only so it helps in academics and finances too. It is one of the best university.

Brunel makes you feel like you're in a safe & sound environment.
Tips: When it comes to Brunel, this place has a diverse environment. Somewhat feels like what we have in India. We can see a lot of people from different origins. There are lots of support services available for international students to have a better student life.

I feel good for joining in Brunel University.
Tips: Before joining be aware of how educational system in United Kingdom works. It is different from the educational system followed in my home country. Make sure you know what university offers for students before joining and also be aware of deadlines. Rest everything is well.
Likes (Public transportation): Student life in Brunel is really good as I got many friends from my home country and friends from many other countries as well. Student accommodation on campus is safe and comfortable. We have locos to spend time and to party. Overall pretty good experience for me.
Dislikes (Quality of faculty): Faculty in Brunel for my modules are so knowledgeable and hold many years of experience. This actually is very important for a student when doing his/her master's. They are friendly and you can contact them literally at any time through email. I love Brunel's faculty.

The student life is good with part time work.
Tips: Be aware of university deadlines. Select the course you want to study and go through the modules. Make sure you are clear with everything about the course like the modules, fees, scholarship, etc. Never miss an opportunity, doors are never knocked twice, use your chance.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): The student life is good as I can work part time when I have no lectures. The money I earn through part time is enough for my living. Classes are not that compactly scheduled they are convenient. I live in student accommodation, I get to see a lot of people from different countries.
Dislikes (Internships): The facilities offered in Brunel for students are really good. We are given access to laboratories which have advanced technologies in them. Students are encouraged to explore and use the facilities for their research. The faculties for my course modules are very friendly and they guide me a lot.

Professors help in all cases. Even for the submission of assignments.
Tips: One must know how university alumni are at present. Also, whatever the university is please plan for accommodation because many were suffering initially. Try to connect with alumni students and gather info about courses and universities too. Whatever the university is please try to have some knowledge about the course you are choosing.
Likes (Student Life): As per my perspective, I’m staying in university accommodation which is very good for student life and we get many friends from different countries. Getting good flatmates and making new friends with little similar to our age will definitely make our university days very amazing.
Dislikes (Internships): I choose Brunel university because of its very good education and good teachers. They support us in all aspects so we get better internship options from different sectors for Brunel students as it’s a top university. Knowledge from various teachers and students will be very helpful.

Never wait for 2nd chance
Tips: Research about course modules and facilities offered for students. So for each course, you have to check what laboratory facilities are offered, what software is taught on your module, scholarship, university ranking, internship, student life, living expenses etc. If you've got a chance grab it, not everyone gets a chance. Also, take care of your expenses before coming here.
Likes (Permanent Immigration): When you start exploring UK, you'll find lots of opportunities to get sponsored for psw. There are many places where you would love to settle. When you move little away from London, you'll really love UK. There are many industrial firms to work in. So develop your skills, get placed in an firm, work for the time period for permanent residential status.
Dislikes (Value for money): In my opinion, I often feel I am spending more than what it is actually worth. At times I feel the university fee is a little higher than what they offer. Accommodation costs are high, its common in London but not for students coming from India. So come prepared for everything

Great university and even greater opportunity for future development.
Tips: The university offers great opportunities for part time work and even post study work. Great studying experience and social life. The tuition fees is on the expensive side but it works when considering the opportunities you can get for work after studying and part time work while studying.
Likes (Safety): Safety in the campus is excellent. if you choose to live outside campus then the commutations to and from university is excellent (there is also a 24 hour bus route). I've stayed on both university accommodation and off campus accommodation and I can tell there are no security concerns from it.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): My rating is fairly straightforward, if the student wants to achieve something it’s completely dependent upon their ability to do so. It doesn’t always matter on what university the student studies. There are companies who are willing to sponsor either on contract or non contract basis. The student should make up their mind if he wants to stay in the country or go back.

It’s one of the best universities with a Giant Campus in London.
Tips: Students have the opportunity to explore the lifestyle and job opportunities from their home country through the internet. They can find out what type of part time jobs are available and what type of accommodation is being provided. They can also know about the transportation facilities that can connect them from off-campus sites.
Likes (Indian Food): London itself is the most diversified city in the world. Indian food is in the top list in the UK market. As vegan population is increasing more and more, we can get our options more easily as mostly Indian students prefer vegetarian options for their daily diet.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): One needs a sponsorship for Tier 2 visa after post study work visa. So it’s not that easy to get sponsored in this market. However, being a Brunel student, I can do my placement year which will allow me to get more chances of being sponsored by Tier 2 firms.

Wonderful experience here.
Tips: In the UK student has to self-study more than what they will teach on campus or in class. Here, teachers are surely very helpful but they will not spoon-feed. Scholarships are available at this university. To get a job, experience is more important than which university you are in.
Dislikes (Internships): Career guidance is available on campus, however, getting an internship is also quite hard as getting a job. Unpaid internships are available though. The marketing field is quite competitive here. Need certification along with other relevant skills and networks.

The faculty and staff are helpful throughout your journey.
Tips: There is a careers department and an International students department in the university that I find more useful. The staff is quite helpful and welcoming and they do help with documentation. The university has good facilities. There is a library which is good and the campus is also in a beautiful part of the town. International students get a scholarship of 1000 pounds in the first year and I think there is some merit scholarship too based on IELTS band score and academic score. Rest everything is good.

Good college to study in UK!
Tips: As an Indian I had a cultural shift it started directly from comparing the prices of groceries to essential goods. These are not cheap in the UK say a 1.5 liter water bottle which costs around 30 rupees in India would be 100 rupees here in the UK even more than that. Don't always rely on making your ends meet with part-time jobs because not always you get a good one. The university itself is quite good, the lecturers are from different nationalities and we are taught in an industry oriented way. More focus is given to case studies and assignments and assignments carry the grades too so we need to take them seriously. The climate is good, not very hot and Luton Town F. C is in the premier league.
Dislikes (Part time work): As Compared to other cities like London, Birmingham or Wolverhampton where there are many Indian students there is less part-time work available especially for students here in Luton. It's not as easy as it seems. If you plan to come to Luton do consider that.

Amazing public transport and student facilities.
Tips: The university of Bedfordshire prides itself on its international outlook. With students and faculty from across the planet, there is a great emphasis on sustainability and on research from STEM as well as hands-on learning in most courses including Bio-Tech, sports and psychology.
Likes (Public transportation): There are bus facilities right beside the university with the train station also at walking distance from the university. There is bus connectivity to towns nearby as well, which connect Bedford, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield to name a few and cities including London and Miton Keynes. There are bike stands available on site and plenty of connectivity with cabs and taxis. The Lutoon Airport is also easily accessible with the help of the train station and the Luton D-ART service.
Dislikes (Quality of faculty): Most faculty aren't full time which can be a deal breaker as some of them are really good. Substitute faculty can often be hard to understand but overall the courses are covered in a timely manner. The existing full time professors are really knowledgeable and tend to help as much as possible in a constructive manner.

Not to shabby. You can learn a lot here
Tips: Education is not like the Indian education system. Here, the scores are based on both assignments and in-class exams.
You’ll be required to work more on assignments and case studies. If I talk about my course in particular, we are given more industry-like scenarios so that we’ll be able to understand the industry environment while being in college only. While this seems good to hear it might not be that much easy for a student who has studied in an Indian environment for a long time. So, be ready to adapt as soon as you arrive here or at least be prepared. The university is academically oriented however you’ll not feel bored here, there’s so much to do on campus. One can join a lot of community groups or clubs. I’m part of the Indian student community here. You’ll enjoy all the Indian festivals here and will get to know other cultures as well.
