Tips: The college is very welcoming and also it has community groups so that students feel at home. I did receive the scholarship from the college on a merit basis. The college and course are easy to go and the staff teaching the same are also good and understanding. The tuition does justify the course if the candidate can achieve and grasp as much as knowledge from the same. Every course is practical base, hence students need to perform and get the grades in the subjects. The candidate or a student who is open for practical-based learning should really opt for it.
Dislikes (Permanent Immigration): The permanent settlement depends on the career a candidate selects here. The Irish government has a Critical Skills Job list l, if your work domain is present in the list, a candidate can achieve the permanent president here with fewer difficulties, there are many more supporting alternatives for a permanent stay too.

Staffs are good and we don't have classes everyday but thrice a week.
Tips: Before joining this college students should know about their courses and modules and colleges. Search about the expenses here and get some advice from people who are already living here. Take some extra loan which will be very helpful if you are not getting part-time here. Getting part-time and full-time is fully based on luck and references so try to get some references. It's difficult to get into any type of work without references. You should try to get some before coming here. Make sure you have some people here to refer you. 24-hour bus service is available here, and it is really safe to travel alone anywhere at any time. Women can plan their work anytime, and even night shifts are safe here. People here are very friendly and will help us well. Overall, this country is very cool and simple.

Tips: First of all, the timing will be a big issue for us. But later on, we will get adjusted to it accordingly. While talking about the scholarship, I got one and I came to know about it as it was mentioned in the offer letter. You will only get the scholarship if you have completed the procedure properly. It is difficult to get a part-time job. But you will be able to get one if you search hard enough. You will need to consider both the time it will take to find a position and the follow-up procedures once you're hired. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.
Likes (Indian Food): Almost all the food is available, but you should know that compared to other places, the cost is a bit high. Also, the Indian food options are quite different. The taste is okay, but not what you’d get in India. But, overall, it’s still pretty much the same.

College is great but they need to improve the classes.
Tips: Students should know that the school does not have a lot of international students. The school is called the Desi Business School for a reason. I did not get any scholarship despite scoring 90 per cent from my school, so don't expect a scholarship. Other than the junkies, the country is good. We have a lot of food options. There are a lot of Indian restaurants at many schools. They are expensive, but I eat although they satisfy my cravings once a month. I prefer to cook at home, but it's nice to have the option to eat out.
Dislikes (Student Life): I really enjoy my time at Dublin Business School. The atmosphere is great, and there are lots of activities to get involved in. I especially enjoy the games that are organized by the school. The games are a great way to meet other students and have some fun.

DBS has a fun and happening campus but there are no job or internship opportunities.
Tips: For my course, I had three classes per week, which gave me plenty of time to work on assignments and earn money to support myself. The exams were open-book, which made them easier but more time-consuming. You need to be a team player and also be able to work independently. It's helpful to find classmates who share your academic goals, as there are many group assignments.
Likes (Public transportation): The college is in the city, which makes it highly accessible from all parts of the city. There are buses, Luas, and trains that can take you to different places. Dublin buses offer a discount to students who have a leap card. With a leap card, students only have to pay 1 euro for 90 minutes of travel.
Dislikes (Internships): The college career hub has few activities, but we got many leads for jobs and internships. However, unlike in India, there are no on-campus interviews or placements. Students are on their own to find internships, and for freshers who don't have any experience in India, it's really hard.

No placements at all. It is easy to get in but no help can be expected.
Tips: There are no placements and no help from college to get a job. The campus is too small. They have a very easygoing campus with snooker, table tennis, and a decent cafeteria with music. Assignments have to be done on your own. Do not take them from outside. Concentrate more on assignments. I had a bad experience during my thesis presentation. The external professor was rude and used foul language during the presentation. However, some lectures are really good and supportive, and they guide you every step of the way. The departments are easily accessible, and video recordings are available on the college portals. Students from the EU are separated from non-EU students.
Likes (Indian Food): I prefer to cook at home, but it is sometimes good to explore other cuisines to get to know the food cultures. There are a variety of options, including Wings and Cosmos, Indian tiffins, and Irish breakfasts. One meal is around 10-20 euros. Korean ramen and Italian dishes are good in the city centre.

Tips: If you are from a non-Western region, you will likely experience some culture shock at Dublin Business School. However, the people are welcoming, and any racism you might encounter is negligible. I was awarded a scholarship based on my academic merit. I didn't do any additional steps for the same, the scholarship is provided to me from the college based upon the merit. When I compare the cost of tuition and fees at DBS with other colleges and universities in Ireland, DBS is one of the best values. Note that there are many colleges in Ireland, but their tuition and fees are much higher than DBS's. I think DBS does a large volume of business, which helps keep their costs down. Overall, if you are looking for a place to study for a while and work in Ireland, I would recommend Dublin Business School.
Dislikes (Internships): There are none available for Master's students at the college. This is a common situation at colleges in Ireland, where students are expected to find their own internships and jobs. The college does provide guidance for students to help them in their search.

Tips: I don't think there are any issues with discrimination at this college. Students come from all over the world, and everyone respects each other's cultures. Scholarships are available to all international students, and they are based on merit. Once you apply, you will automatically get the scholarship. You do need to pay a fee to secure a place in the college, but it is very reasonable. The college doesn't help you or assure any post-study jobs. Students need to up skill their level and apply for jobs on their own. However, students are doing fine in Ireland through referrals. Overall, I would say this college is extremely good.
Likes (Indian Food): I prefer to cook at home, especially in the early days, because food is reasonably priced here. Once you get a part-time job, you can afford to go out to eat more often. Sheela Palace offers an unlimited breakfast for 12 euros, and lunch buffets start at 15 and go up to 20 euros. Also, some restaurants offer student discounts.

Overall, I found the course, college, and country to be satisfactory and note that DBS is a college, not a university.
Likes (Quality of faculty): The teaching staff is really efficient. They interact with students in and after class, and are happy to answer questions. The teaching quality and contact assistance is good. Just be polite to faculty, because it is hard for them to recognize Indian accents.
Dislikes (Indian Food): Dublin has very few options for Indian food and the options available are very costly. The Indian cuisines available do not meet the quality standards. Please do prefer eating at home by preparing own stuff. Eating at home reduces burn to your wallet, and results in healthy options.

Tips: University of Galway is the third-best university in Ireland. The campus is amazing, with over 100 hectares of land. Galway is a beautiful cultural town, and Ireland is a very peaceful and scenic country. The course I took was a well-balanced combination of technical and business knowledge. The only downside was the weather, as it rains a lot and the weather conditions can be extreme.
Likes (Safety): Galway City is amazing and safe. However, there are a few things to be aware of. Be wary of Facebook scams related to house rentals. Some scammers will ask for a deposit without even showing you the house. Avoid walking alone at night, especially in certain shady areas. Stay away from the teenage crowd.
Dislikes (Internships): I found my internship via the gradireland website. There are several websites that can help you in your job search, but you need to start applying as soon as you arrive in Ireland. The university also holds job fairs on campus that can help you introduce yourself to potential employers.

Tips: The University of Galway is a great university to study in. However, students must be prepared to face the Irish weather, cook for themselves, and juggle part-time jobs with academic life. Tips: Honesty I did not experience a cultural shift kind of situation. The University of Galway is an amazing place and I am happy with the place. My course is very informative and I am enjoying it. Ireland is an amazing place and the people here are very friendly and helpful.
Likes (Student Life): I usually spend my day attending classes or most of the time I will be in the lab. Many events like cultural festival events and Science fairs will be conducted at the university. I usually participate in many Indian festivals like Diwali. I even participate in some science fairs or any events conducted by technical clubs.
Dislikes (Safety): The faculty are very friendly and cooperative. The teaching is very good, and the professors are very friendly and supportive. The lab equipment is wonderful. The teachers are very diverse, with professors from all over the world, and they are excellent at their work.

Tips: There's a lot of diversity in this university, as students from different places come here to study. Respecting everyone's culture is preferable advice. The college is really good about academic education, and the faculty is great, with nice modules in the courses of study. Most students prefer to work part-time jobs to sort expenses for the month easily. The availability of part-time jobs is quite good, and there are many different types of part-time jobs that you can get easily. You just have to ask the owner. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experience.
Dislikes (Indian Food): I prefer to cook at home because it saves money. There are a lot of Indian restaurants here, but they don't serve food that is as good as what you can cook at home. Also, they charge a lot for Indian food.

Tips: Accommodation details need to be verified before coming here. You have to book first by joining several accommodation groups. Or else you have to meet some senior people and have to refer to some accommodation details. Also, verify it once by viewing it before paying any advance money.
Likes (Internships): We have to find internships on our own by applying at various sites. Some of the internships will be organised by the university and some have to be researched by us. Internships are good options to earn better than part-time jobs here in Ireland. Also, it adds good experience to my personal portfolio.
Dislikes (Part time work): I found it easy to find a part-time job that I could easily manage alongside my studies. The average hourly rate is 12.70 Euros, and you can work up to 20 hours per week during the school year and up to 40 hours per week during holidays.

Likes (Permanent Immigration): I'm just glad that I got admission to the University of Galway. There's always something to do, whether it's going to a college event or just walking around town. It is a happing place specially made for students and the nightlife on the streets of Galway is amazing.
Dislikes (Value for money): The faculty at this college is excellent, and they don't spoon-feed you at all. It's hard at first, but you get used to it and start to enjoy the education. The PPTs make it easy for every student to understand the material.

Tips: I'm just glad that I got admission to this university. The cost of tuition is worth it. The large Indian community here celebrates our festivals, and it's a great opportunity to explore a foreign country. Also, there are a lot of job opportunities here with good salaries. Likes (Value for money): The campus size and facilities are outstanding, and the library and pods for self-study are great. The career guidance is the best part of this university, and it's worth spending a huge amount of money on education in Ireland.
Dislikes (Quality of faculty): The education system in India is very different from that in Europe. In India, we are used to being spoon-fed information. But in Europe, it's all about self-study. So it's difficult for Indian students to adjust to the European education system.

Tips: It is really difficult to find off-campus accommodation. The university is easygoing, and there are many events happening on campus, so overall it's good. However, I searched for a part-time job for about 30 days before I found one.
Likes (Indian Food): I am from India and love spicy food. Europe is not known for its spicy food, so I was concerned that I wouldn't be able to find the spices I like. But I was wrong. There are many Asian and Indian stores where you can find the ingredients you are looking for.
Dislikes (Public transportation): The place where I am living right now is Moycullen which is 10km away from the university and there is only 1 bus from Moycullen to the city centre and the frequency is too low. It is one bus every 3 hours so most of the time you have to adjust yourself according to the bus timetable.

Tips: Before joining, students should have some experience related to the field they are choosing. I didn't get any scholarships, but they are available on a merit basis. There are very few part-time jobs for freshers, so experience in your field is a must. You'll also find a significant cultural shift here. Overall, I'm satisfied with my course, university, and country.
Likes (Public transportation): There are buses which are 10-15 minutes apart from each other. As the campus is in the middle of the city, you will find each bus taking you to the university bus stop. If you are living far away, you can avail train journey too. Also, if you have your student card, your bus ticket gets reduced by 60%.
Dislikes (Value for money): When you arrive at college, you get to know that it's pretty hard to find part-time jobs as everyone is searching for the same and the city is pretty small for so many people to have part-time jobs. The same can be said the case when you complete your graduation too.
