There are more than 100+ society available for student engagement.
Tips: The University of Galway has over 200 societies. If you are an active participant, you can easily find part-time work on campus. Participating in societies will also help you learn about Irish culture and gain practical knowledge. The public transportation system is excellent. Buses arrive every 10 minutes, and you can easily track them on Google Maps. The buses are very safe, and students can relax and enjoy the ride. Overall, I am quite satisfied with my experiences.
Dislikes (Post study jobs): The country is very small and not well-known, which makes it easy to get permanent settlement options. The settlement process is easygoing, and students can easily get residence.

The university is the main attraction. It is safe and very friendly environment.
Tips: The transition was easy. There is a cultural shift still it's not very difficult to do that. The faculty members are friendly and supportive. They help us understand the cultural difference. They have a lot of experience in their subject and are very good at teaching. They are also very good at research and make significant contributions to their field. They take a student-centred approach and are always willing to help students with their studies and professional development. They prioritize student engagement and make sure that students are actively involved in their learning. I had availed a scholarship, which was available for all the international students. The scholarship was provided based on courses. The university provides international exposure for students as most of the students are from different backgrounds and countries. I am happy and a hundred percent satisfied with the course, college and the country.
Likes (Value for money): There are various activities happening in the college that help us improve our skills for the future job. These include academic activities, extracurricular activities, the best social life, diversity and inclusion, independence and responsibility, living arrangements, and career development.
