Study in US: Princeton - an education services company has named the University of Georgia as one of the country's best universities for providing excellent career preparation and education. The university has been said to be of great value by the review.
President Jere W. Morehead said, "I am pleased that the University of Georgia is being recognized as one of the nation’s best values in higher education. We are setting new standards for excellence across so many areas of our institution thanks to the extraordinary caliber of our faculty, staff and students combined with strong support from our alumni and friends.”
The Princeton had done surveys of administrators at over 650 colleges with topics including financial aid, cost, academic strength, graduation rates and student debt. The list of schools for the review 2024 was selected based on these surveys. Other than the administration, the company also surveyed the students of these schools and analyzed data from PayScale.com’s surveys of alumni regarding their job satisfaction, and starting and mid-career salaries. After analyzing all these data, the company gave the university a return on investment score of 92 out of 99.
