University Of Reading Offers International Summer School
Study in UK: The International Summer School at the University Of Reading will help participants to know about the key aspects of British Society and culture.
University Of Reading in the UK has announced to offer International Summer School for foreign students to provide the opportunity for these students to study in the UK. This two-week summer school is open to students from any of the partner universities. The last date to apply for the summer school is April 11, 2025.
The students will get to learn about the key aspects of British Society and culture, explore the UK's response to current global challenges, students will get to experience studying in the UK and practice English communication on a wide variety of topics.
"The Summer School is currently open to all students from the University of Reading’s partner universities. It is most suitable for undergraduate students (18+) who have not been educated in the UK or in a predominantly English-speaking environment," says the official statement.

The summer school offers in-person lectures by the academic staff of the university.
The student will experience living and studying on the beautiful Whiteknights campus.
They will participate in workshops, seminars, and group work.
The participants will be visiting the academic departments to meet students and staff.
They will get to attend cultural trips and events to broaden their understanding of UK society and culture.
University Of Reading To Invest £34m In Green Leader Scholarships
University of Reading has announced undergraduate scholarship programmes for 400 undergraduates offering £6,000 a year, and up to £24,000 each during the degree programme.
“The Global Sustainability Leaders Scholarship will provide £6,000 per year to high-achieving students across all academic disciplines who demonstrate passion and commitment to addressing climate change and environmental challenges,” says the official statement.
Professor Robert Van de Noort, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Reading, said, “At a time when some parts of the world are going backwards on the environment, we are going forwards. This ambitious scholarship programme is a natural progression for the UK’s Sustainable University of the Year, and reflects our continuing commitment to tackling the defining challenges of our time – climate change and environmental degradation. We are looking for the brightest minds across all disciplines, from arts to sciences, who share our vision for a sustainable future. This provides generous financial support and also seeks to create a community of future leaders who will drive positive environmental change in whatever career they choose."
