Scholarship Overview

50% Final Year Undergraduate Continuation Scholarship provides financial support, to academically excellent Indian students, for pursuing any Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree and Masters Diploma course at the University of East Anglia, This scholarship is specifically meant for Indian students who are pursuing full-time Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree and Masters Diploma course at the University of East Anglia, involves a one_time scholarship award of 3960 that can be used to pay for the tuition. Students must note that accommodation, health cover, application fees, etc. do not fall within the purview of this scholarship. Moreover, this scholarship will be awarded to a maximum of Varies depending upon the university students, one of whom might belong to a country other than India. To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade. International students seeing to avail this scholarship need to appear for English proficiency tests like IELTS and PTE. The following documentation is required from students in order to apply for the scholarship: SOP, LOR and CV. Students are not required to submit a separate application for applying to the 50% Final Year Undergraduate Continuation Scholarship, as their application will be automatically considered at the time of course application. Students are expected to return to India after the completion of their academic course.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree in Humanities or Social Sciences with a minimum of 2:1 or equivalent (60-69%)
  • IELTS - 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in all components
  • PTE - 64 with minimum 59 in all components
  • Applicants should remain self-funded for the duration of a Master’s degree or first year of a Doctorate programme
  • Students must proceed to their postgraduate programme within six months of the date of their graduation from UEA
