Eligibility

  • To be considered for this scholarship, you must:
    • A citizen from one of the designated countries (for Semester 1: Sri Lanka and Bangladesh; for Semester 2: India, Vietnam and Bangladesh),
  • Students who meet the eligibility criteria for the Bachelor of Commerce as mentioned below:
    • Must have an 82% Score from the All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) All India School Certificate(AISSC) or
    • 82% from CISCE Indian School Certificate (ISC) or
    • A score of 90%  from Indian State board examinations
    • Prerequisites- English and Mathematics
    • Three Indian State Board Examinations are accepted as a direct entry pathway: Tamil Nadu Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC), Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Higher (Secondary) School Certificate and Karnataka Pre-University Certificate. To calculate a final average, you should determine the average of your best four final-year subjects.
  • Students must satisfy the English language proficiency with one of the following tests:
    • IELTS- total score of at least 6.5 in the Academic International English Language Testing System (IELTS), with no bands less than 6.0. 
    • TOEFL- total score of at least 79 and scores of 21 for writing, 18 for speaking, 13 for reading and 13 for listening.
    • PTE-  overall score of at least 64 and no PTE communicative skills score below 60
  • ELP waiver- 
    • CBSE XII (All India Senior School Certificate Examination)- Pass the English subject in the CBSE
    • CISCE Indian School Certificate- Pass the English subject in the ISC
    • International Baccalaureate Diploma- At least grade 4 in English or English B at SL or HL
