    • be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with protected or refugee status, or an international student;
    • be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ottawa; 
    • be a racialized person (member of a visible minority), that is, a person other than an Indigenous (Aboriginal) person who is non-white in colour or race, regardless of place of birth or citizenship; OR provide documented proof of Indigenous identity, in accordance with the requirements of the University of Ottawa Eligibility for Focused Admissions, Scholarships, and Bursaries for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis People administrative procedure;
    • demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa; and 
    • have had involvement in an activity related to social justice, inclusion and equity
