Scholarship Overview

Al-Maktoum College Living Support Scholarship is applicable to only Masters Degree students. This is a Merit Based scholarship. Al-Maktoum College Living Support Scholarship award up to GBP 5000 on a monthly basis to various international students. This scholarship will be offered to Varies depending upon the university student every year. To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their 12th grade and also possess a Bachelor degree. All international students are auto-considered for these scholarships when they apply for the courses that have scholarships.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the bursary, applicants must:

• Have either a conditional or unconditional offer to study:
  • Islamic Banking and Finance MSc
  • Islamic Banking, Finance and International Business MSc
  • Islamic Finance MSc
• Have already been awarded one of the following University of Dundee scholarships:
  • Global Citizenship Scholarship
  • Global Excellence Scholarship
  • Vice Chancellor’s Africa Scholarship
  • Vice Chancellor’s EU Scholarship
  • Vice Chancellor’s South Asia Scholarship
  • If you are an International College Dundee student, you must have received the International College Dundee Progressing with Excellence Scholarship

Application Process for this scholarship

• Copy of University Degree Certificate
• Copy of transcript/mark-sheet
• English Language proficiency score
• Personal statement
• Details of your passport and upload a copy of your current passport
• CV, Portfolio, Academic & Professional References etc may be required (course specific)

There is no separate application form for this bursary. Applicants' eligibility will be assessed by the Admissions team, and they will be notified in writing if they are eligible to receive this bursary

The Admissions team will contact Al-Maktoum College after students enrol at Dundee to confirm their award
