Anastasia Radiotis Bursary for Civil Law Students from Single-Parent Homes is aimed at providing support to outstanding students entering or enrolled in the Certificate in Law,Honours BSocSc in Political Science and Juris Doctor (JD) from University of Ottawa in Canada. This award will be awarded to Single candidate. This scholarship can be used primarily towards tuition. University offers the need-based scholarship which amounts to CAD 1000 and offered on a yearly basis As part of the Anastasia Radiotis Bursary for Civil Law Students from Single-Parent Homes selection process, applicants would be required to submit the following documents: Financial Documents.

Eligibility

• The applicant must:
  • be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with the protected/refugee status or an international student;
  • be registered as a full- or part-time student in the Licentiate in Law program at the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section, of the University of Ottawa; 
  • demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Financial Aid and Awards Service of the University of Ottawa; and 
  • show that they are from a single-parent family.
