    • be registered as a full-time or part-time student in an undergraduate program at the Faculty of Law, Common Law Section of the University of Ottawa; and 
    • have achieved the highest grade in the course CML4341 - Contracts

  • In case of a tie among several candidates, the average obtained in the compulsory courses for the program of study (rounded to two decimal places) is used to determine the recipient. If there is still a tie, the recipient will be selected by the Common Law Section, based on the student's academic record
