• Bachelor’s degree Scholarships 
  • Contribution to tuition fees of $5,000 paid in the first year of study towards a Bachelor’s degree
  • Tenure: One year only 
• Diploma in Business Scholarships 
  • Contribution to tuition fees of $5,000 paid in the first year of study towards the Diploma in Business (at least 120 points)
  • Tenure: One year only 

Student Awards

Number of students to be awarded: 35

• 25 Bachelor’s degree scholarships (20 BBus + 5 LLB (sem1 only))
• 10 Diploma in Business scholarships

Eligibility

• Applicants must be new full-fee paying international students
• Applicants must have a current and valid conditional or unconditional offer to study an eligible AUT programme in the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law commencing in Semester 1, 2025
• Students who have already commenced studies at AUT are not eligible to apply

• Applicants are required to upload: 
  • A current and valid conditional or unconditional offer to study an eligible AUT programme commencing in Semester 1, 2025
  • Detailed academic transcript for the most recent qualification, complete with grading scale
  • Completion certificate (e.g. bachelor’s degree certificate)
  • Their AUT student ID in the box provided on the application form
• Applicants must complete the AUT International Scholarship  application online through the scholarships database on the AUT website: www.aut.ac.nz/scholarships
• All documentation must be uploaded by the closing date otherwise the application will be considered ineligible
• Applicants are required to declare if they have applied for other scholarships both internally (i.e. awarded by AUT) and externally (e.g. government scholarships). The selection committee will take this into consideration
