Scholarship Overview

Autism Inclusion Equity Scholarship is offered by the Australian Catholic University to international students. Autism Inclusion Equity Scholarship is available for students from all countries who want to study Bachelors Degree in the Australia at the Australian Catholic University. Every year, the university selects Single candidate from all the received applications and offers them scholarships based on their academic profiles. The maximum scholarship that a student can receive is AUD 4000 at Australian Catholic University. The fee needs to be paid in full, the scholarship amount will be given to students once they start their study program.

Eligibility

This scholarship is open to commencing students who meet all the following criteria:

• must be enrolled in any undergraduate degree at blacktown campus 
• diagnosed with autism 

Application Process for this scholarship

Application process- Applicants are required to provide the following as part of the application: 

• A written statement of approximately 300 words outlining how having autism has impacted you and your studies.  
• Two written references, these can be from any of the following:  
  • community engagement leader 
  • teacher
  • principal
  • religious leader 
  • Recipients will be required to provide a letter from their health professional confirming their autism spectrum diagnosis prior to scholarship payment.

Selection criteria- Applications are assessed based on the strength of the following criteria: 

• Written statement
• References
