Scholarship Overview

Brown & Gold Scholarship is offered by the Rowan University to international students. Brown & Gold Scholarship is available for students from any country who want to study Bachelors Degree in the USA at the Rowan University. Every year, the university selects a certain number of candidates from all the received applications and offers them scholarships based on their academic profiles. The maximum scholarship that a student can receive is USD 8000 at Rowan University. The fee needs to be paid in full, the scholarship amount will be given to students once they start their study program.

Eligibility

• Applicants must have passed high school
• Required subjects:-
  • English
  • Laboratory Science
  • College Prep Mathematics (Algebra I and II and Geometry)
  • Social Studies
  • Additional work in at least two of the following: History, Languages (minimum 2 units in one language), Mathematics, Science or English
• For engineering programs 3 units of laboratory science including Physics and Chemistry and 4 units of College Prep Math including Precalculus is required. Calculus is strongly recommended
• Duolingo - 110
• Students must have a permanent residence outside of the State of New Jersey

Application Process for this scholarship

• An official copy of English translated Secondary School Transcripts 
  • All non-U.S. transcripts must be evaluated by a Credential Evaluation Agency
• Standardized English language test scores 
• One recommendation from a teacher or school counselor
• Essay
• Other documents such as portfolio may be required (depends on the specific program)

Scholarship Application

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed.
