Scholarship Overview

Cain Lamarre Scholarship is aimed at providing support to outstanding students entering or enrolled in the Certificate in Law,Honours Bachelor of Commerce and Juris Doctor,Honours BSocSc in Political Science and Juris Doctor (JD) from University of Ottawa in Canada. This award will be awarded to Single candidate. This scholarship can be used primarily towards tuition. University offers the merit-based scholarship which amounts to CAD 1500 and offered on a yearly basis. As part of the Cain Lamarre Scholarship selection process, applicants would be required to submit the following documents: LOR.

  • Be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident, a person with protected or refugee status, or an international student; 
  • Be enrolled in second or third year of an undergraduate program at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section; and 
  • Stand out for their leadership, involvement, interpersonal skills and teamwork skills

• Applications must be made through Online Scholarships and Bursaries, which can be accessed through the uoZone portal. They should include:
