Scholarship Overview

Catherine and Feridun Hamdullahpur Graduate Scholarship are offered at University of Waterloo to those international students who are pursuing a Masters Degree. This is a Merit Based Scholarship, which is provided to only single student. Catherine and Feridun Hamdullahpur Graduate Scholarship are valued at CAD 2000 for single student who qualify from University of Waterloo. Also, the Catherine and Feridun Hamdullahpur Graduate Scholarship helps students in reducing tuition on a yearly basis, offered in the first year of Masters Degree only. Applications for Catherine and Feridun Hamdullahpur Graduate Scholarship at University of Waterloo are filed separately. Bachelor degree is required for applicants to be eligible for this scholarship. Along with the Catherine and Feridun Hamdullahpur Graduate Scholarship application. The eligibility of the students to qualify for Catherine and Feridun Hamdullahpur Graduate Scholarship would solely depend on the applicant’s admission to University of Waterloo Masters Degree, his/her aptitude for an overall contribution towards University of Waterloo community and of course the academic achievements.

Eligibility

• Student must be enrolled in Graduate program in University of Waterloo
• Student must hold an Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS), a Queen Elizabeth II Graduate Scholarship in Science and Technology (QEII-GSST) or another major external scholarship that requires a matching component
• The scholarship will be awarded to a graduate student on the basis of scholastic excellence
