Scholarship Overview

Chancellor's Scholarship- Bonham Scholar at the University of Tennessee are designed to provide financial assistance to talented students from all over the world who wish to pursue their studies. This Merit Based scholarship covers tuition of candidates. This is a Merit Based scholarship offering 5000 USD majorly covering the tuition. This scholarship offers to contribute towards the course. The number of awards Varies depending upon the university each year. To be eligible for this grant, applicants must have taken the 12th grade. Students from abroad must take English proficiency exams like TOEFL, IELTS, PTE in order to be eligible for this award.

• Four-year awards of $5,000 each go to approximately six new students each year
• Scholarships for students in the College of Law range from $200 to $6,000 each.

Eligibility

• Applicants must have passed high school 
• To be awarded these scholarships, there is a minimum 31 ACT (1390 SAT) and 4.0 GPA requirement.
• Applicants must maintain cumulative GPA 3.25 to retain this scholarship
• Applicants must meet the english language requirements 
• TOEFL overall score 70 
• IELTS- overall score 6.5 
• PTE- 53 academic score
