Scholarship Overview

Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme is awarded for pursuing Master of Public Health MPH at The University of Liverpool. A student can get a maximum amount of GBP 35200 and the scholarship amount will be given one time only. The scholarship amount can be used for paying tuition, living, travel and airfare. Eligibility

Applicant:

  • must be a Commonwealth citizen, refugee, or British protected person
  • must be permanently resident in a developing Commonwealth country;
  • must hold a first degree of either first or upper second class (2:1) classification, or lower second class (2:2) classification plus a relevant postgraduate qualification (usually a Master’s degree)
  • must not have studied or worked for one (academic) year or more in a developed country
  • must be unable to pay themselves or through their families for the study

  • Applicants must first apply for a relevant taught programme of study and be in receipt of a Student Application ID to be eligible for a Commonwealth Shared Scholarship Scheme Award
  • Applicants will need to enter their Student Application ID on the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission Electronic Application System (EAS)
  • Applicants must also complete the CSC application form via their EAS
  • Referees should send a signed reference, preferably on headed paper, scanned in PDF format as an attachment to an email to references.scholarships@cscuk.org.uk
