Deakin India 25 percent Merit Scholarship are offered at Deakin University to those international students who are pursuing a Masters Degree. This is a Merit Based Scholarship, which is provided to only maximum number of students, depending on the University. Deakin India 25 percent Merit Scholarship are valued at AUD 10050 for maximum number of students, depending on the University who qualify from Deakin University. Also, the Deakin India 25 percent Merit Scholarship helps students in reducing tuition on a yearly basis, offered in the first year of Masters Degree only. Applications for Deakin India 25 percent Merit Scholarship at Deakin University are filed separately. To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their 12th grade and also possess a Bachelor degree. Along with the Deakin India 25 percent Merit Scholarship application. The eligibility of the students to qualify for Deakin India 25 percent Merit Scholarship would solely depend on the applicant’s admission to Deakin University Masters Degree, his/her aptitude for an overall contribution towards Deakin University community and of course the academic achievements.

Eligibility

To be eligible, the below criteria must be met:

• Applicant should be be an Indian citizen living in India
• Applicant should be residing in India at the time of application
• Applicant should be applying through any Deakin Authorised agent based in INDIA
• Applicant should meet the below mentioned academic eligibility criteria

Academic Eligibility

• An overall score of 75% and above in an undergraduate degree when applying for a postgraduate program, or
• An overall score of 80% and above in the 12th standard (as specified by NOOSR) when applying for an undergraduate program.

Application Process for this scholarship

• Students who meet the selection and eligibility criteria will automatically receive a 25% fee reduction to the total indicative tuition fee stated in the Letter of Offer
