• The DeGroote MBA Admission Scholarship Competition encompasses a limited number of awards up to $15,000 and an opportunity for the first-place winner to have a shadow experience with Adam Felesky ’99, Co-Founder and CEO, Portage Ventures (as permitted).

Eligibility

• Applicants must have received an offer to the MBA or MBA with Co-op Program in the first or second round of admission.

Application Process for this scholarship

• Applicants must hold an offer letter from the university
• Top students, selected by the MBA Recruitment and Admissions Team, are invited to apply for this prestigious competition.
• In Round 1, selected candidates will be asked to submit a Video Application in response to a question provided by Manish Verma, Associate Dean, Graduate Studies and Research, DeGroote School of Business and Goran Calic, Director of the MBA Program. A smaller subset of candidates will be selected to move to Round 2
• In Round 2, these finalists will move forward to the virtual interview where a small panel of DeGroote MBA Alumni will interview and rank all finalists.

Scholarship Application

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed.
