    • be registered in an undergraduate or graduate program at the University of Ottawa; and
    • have presented an outstanding paper on the subject of privacy law as part of a course offered by the Faculty of Law

Application Process for this scholarship

  • No application is required. Every year, all professors teaching privacy law-related courses at the Faculty of Law will be invited to submit the three best papers they have received from students as part of their courses. These papers will be evaluated by the selection committee.
  • In the case of multiple candidates meeting the base requirements, the selection committee will select the recipient based on the award policies and standard criteria used by the Faculty of Law at the time of selection
