Delft University of Technology offers the Delft University of Technology Holland Scholarship. This one time scholarship offered by the International Students Office of Delft University of Technology awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. Delft University of Technology Holland Scholarship is applicable for Masters Degree.   • € 5.000 in the first academic year for Non-EEA students, as a contribution to living expenses for a TU Delft MSc program based on the statutory fee or institutional rate, according to the registered nationality.
  • A candidate can be awarded multiple Holland Scholarships, based on merit, to a maximum of 3 (€15.000).

  • MSc programme applicants should have a (minimum) 4 year relevant Bachelor's degree from a mainstream university (state/federal or deemed institution) passed with First Class Distinction or First Class
  • A BSc Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 75% is required
  • A GRE with a minimum score of 154 for Verbal Reasoning, 163 for Quantitative Reasoning and 4.0 for Analytical Writing
  • Must satisfy the English language proficiency requirement with one of the following tests:
    • TOEFL with a minimum score of 21 for each section
    • IELTS with a minimum of 6.0 for each section

    • A clear and relevant essay in English (1,000 – 1,500 words) addressing the following:
      • The motivation for choosing this MSc program
      • Why applicants are interested in TU Delft and what would they expect to find in the University
      • If this MSc program has a specialization (s), which specialization interests the applicant most and why?
      • Describe the hypothetical thesis project: what kind of project would they prefer? What would the applicant want to explore? Please limit the answer to three possible topics
      • Summarize in a maximum of 250 words applicants thesis work or final assignment/project
        • Please include information about the workload
  • CV:
    • An extensive curriculum vitae (resume) written in English
  • An original or certified copy of your official academic transcript
  • Proof of identity (Photocopy of the page(s) of the passport that shows the name, date of birth, place of birth, and the passport expiration date)
