  • This fund was created in 2014 by Mrs. Agnes Kelley-Dumoulin in tribute to the memory of her late husbands, both devoted humanitarians and closely associated with the University of Ottawa; The Honourable Jacques Linière Dumoulin, Q.C., L.L.D., former judge of the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada, who died February 1988, and Lee Andrew Kelley, Q.C., senior partner of the former Ottawa law firm, Ewart, Scott, Kelley, BurkeRobertson, and Butler, who passed away in March 1962
