Scholarship Overview

EB (Ted) Cross MBET Scholarship are offered at University of Waterloo to those international students who are pursuing a Masters Degree. This is a Merit Based Scholarship, which is provided to only single student. EB (Ted) Cross MBET Scholarship are valued at CAD 10000 for single student who qualify from University of Waterloo. Also, the EB (Ted) Cross MBET Scholarship is a one time tuition reducing scholarship, offered in the first year of Masters Degree only. Applications for EB (Ted) Cross MBET Scholarship at University of Waterloo are filed separately. To be considered for this award, applicants must have a Bachelor degree. To be eligible for this award, international students must take English proficiency tests such as TOEFL, IELTS and PTE. As a part of selection process, applicants must have relevant work experience and also needs to appear for an interview. Students will require the following documentation to apply for the scholarship: LOR and CV.
Along with the EB (Ted) Cross MBET Scholarship application. The eligibility of the students to qualify for EB (Ted) Cross MBET Scholarship would solely depend on the applicant’s admission to University of Waterloo Masters Degree, his/her aptitude for an overall contribution towards University of Waterloo community and of course the academic achievements.

Eligibility

• Applicants must have a four-year honours undergraduate degree or a 3yr Bachelor with Master degree
• Work Experience: 1 year, full time, experience obtained either through co-operative work terms as part of an undergraduate academic program or through post-graduate work experience
• IELTS: 7 With writing: 6.5 and speaking: 6.5
• TOEFL: 90 With writing: 25 and speaking: 25
• PTE: 63 With writing: 65 and speaking: 65
