Education Bursary for International Master's Students is aimed at providing support to outstanding students entering or enrolled in the Master of Science in Health Systems,Master of Communication,Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering,Master of Engineering in Advanced Materials and Manufacturing,Master of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from University of Ottawa in Canada. This award can be awarded to Multiple candidates. This scholarship can be used primarily towards tuition.University offers the merit-based scholarship which amounts to CAD 800 and offered on a semester basis.

    • Under this bursary, qualifying students will receive $800 per term for the first six terms of full-time, two-year enrolment, for a total value of $4,800.
  • Master's degree with research paper, research project or course option
    • Under this bursary, qualifying students will receive $800 per term for the first three terms of full-time, one-year enrolment, for a total value of $2,400

Eligibility

  • The student must:
    • be an international student with a valid study permit
    • be paying international tuition fees
    • be newly admitted, for the first time, during a term between the fall 2018 and the spring/summer 2020 terms, inclusively
    • be enrolled full time 5. not be receiving a differential tuition fee waiver 
    • not be enrolled in the MEng, MBA, EMBA, MBCPL or MHA programs
