Scholarship Overview

Engineering International Achievement Scholarship is applicable to only Bachelors courses. This is a merit based scholarship. Engineering International Achievement Scholarship award up to Pound 1,500 one time to various international students. The number of students to be awarded this scholarship are 10 each year. To be eligible for this scholarship students need to appear for IELTS and PTE.Students must have passed 12th and to be eligible for this scholarship. All international students irrespective of their Nationality can apply for a Engineering International Achievement Scholarship. If an applicant has already received a free bursary or has applied for another scholarship offered by the university, then he/she is not eligible for this scholarship. All international students are auto-considered for these scholarships when they apply for the courses that have scholarships.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this award you must

• Indian Standard XII: Overall: 80% ISC, CBSE, Maharashtra; or 75% West Bengal; or 85% Other State board
• A Levels: AAB to include mathematics for incoming BEng students. AAA to include mathematics for incoming MEng students
• Be classified as international for fees on your acceptance to the university.
• Be accepted to one of the engineering courses for year 1 entry in 2023 after placing it as firm choice in UCAS
• English language requirements i.e IELTS 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any band and PTE 51 in all four skills
• Conversion from other qualification systems is calculated internally by the university
• Upon receiving this scholarship and achieving 70%-year average at the first attempt in the previous year of study, applicants will be able to renew the Engineering International Achievement Scholarship.

• Personal Statement required of 4000 characters, which should answer the questions below:
•  Why you’d like to study a particular course or subject
•  What skills and experience you possess that show your passion for your chosen field

• No application is required, all those who meet the conditions will be contacted by the end of welcome week 2023.  

Scholarship Application

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed.
